Since 2004, Gale has performed building enclosure consulting services at numerous buildings for the University of Vermont including:
- Davis Center – Exterior building enclosure peer review for new student center ($50M) (LEED certified)
- Aiken Hall – Building enclosure consulting for roof replacement, air/vapor barrier installation, insulation, brick masonry and through wall flashing ($15M est.) (LEED certified)
- Jeffords Hall – Building enclosure peer review and construction period services ($37M est.) (LEED certified)
- University Heights – Exterior building enclosure peer review for new student dormitory (LEED certified) ($35M est.)
- Cook Science Building – Evaluation of exterior enclosure including brick masonry test cuts, thermographic imaging, roofing test cuts and visual observations
- Englesby House – Evaluation, design and construction administration for slate and copper roof replacement and masonry chimney restoration ($150K)
- Stafford Hall – Evaluation and design of low slope roofing replacement ($200K est.) and foundation/stair lead and remedial pressure injection to reduce water infiltration ($10K est.)
- Morrill Hall – evaluation, design and Construction Period Services (CPS) for historic masonry restoration (terra cotta, brick) and low slope roof replacement ($1M)
- Ira Allen Chapel – evaluation, design and CPS for historic masonry restoration (granite, brick), wood window restoration, painting, gilding, slate/copper roof replacement ($3.5M)
- Billings Student Center Addition – evaluation, design and CPS for plaza waterproofing replacement, brick masonry veneer replacement, painting ($1.3M)
- Williams Hall – evaluation, design and CPS for historic masonry restoration (terra cotta, granite, brick), wood window restoration, painting, foundation waterproofing ($1.4M)
- Dewey Hall – evaluation and design for low slope roof and parapet replacement ($1.5M est.)
- 16 Colchester Ave – Evaluation of historic wood windows and exterior wood cladding ($800K est.)
- Grasse Mount – Evaluation, design and CPS for historic porch replacement, steep and low slope roof replacements, wood cladding repairs, painting ($750K)
- Gutterson Garage – Failure analysis, restoration design, construction monitoring ($300K)
