Providence College consists of approximately 43 campus buildings of various age and condition. Gale has been providing evaluation, failure analysis, design and construction administration services for multiple campus buildings since 2009.

Common Issues:
- Design replacements for aged low slope ballasted EPDM roofing at multiple buildings; replacement utilized various roof systems including lightweight insulated concrete fill, hot applied vapor retarders, adhered insulation and fully adhered single ply membranes
- Consulted with FM Global during the design and construction phases to achieve compliance for roof replacements
- Provided construction administration and part-time monitoring for roof replacement and masonry renovation projects
- Provide moisture intrusion forensic evaluations at multiple buildings; design and monitor repair solutions
