Why did you choose this career? I have always enjoyed drawing, painting and working on computers, as well as seeing how things get assembled. At Christmas most people dreaded putting the toys together, but I loved it. I starting drafting in high school; yes we had computers back then, and a CAD program. I really enjoyed, it so decided to become an Architectural Engineer. I began working at Gale right after graduating college and have loved it ever since!
What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of the work is figuring out a building’s history or climbing around in the most uncommon parts of the building, where you can really see the bones and understand its history.
Who are you outside of Gale? When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my beautiful daughter and my family, hike, ride my bike, travel to exciting places and new places to eat. I will always live in a place where I can be near a city, the mountains and the beach, so New England suits me just fine.
