Why did you choose this career? I chose to work in the HR field because I love having the mix of working for the business but also with/for the employees. You never have the same day working in HR and you are constantly learning as new laws and policies are being put in place.

What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is recruiting. As our employees are the core of Gale, it is very exciting to bring new people on board that will help Gale grow and also help shape our culture. I also am lucky to have an amazing team within HR as well as our entire Operations team!

Who are you outside of Gale? Outside of Gale, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. One of the favorite vacation spots is in Melbourne, Australia where I have some family and friends.

Fun Fact: What is your favorite “guilty pleasure” food? My favorite guilty pleasure food is lasagna! Really anything Italian!
