Why did you choose this career? I majored in English Literature because I planned to teach high school. I changed my mind at the last minute and somehow ended up being hired as a proposal writer at an engineering firm. Although I no longer work on proposals, this was my start in marketing professional services.
What is your favorite part of your job? I really like working with technical staff on developing topics that we know interest our clients into educational presentations and/or articles. I get to work with various people at Gale and it’s fun to be part of the process.
Who are you outside of Gale? I’m married with two wonderful sons (15 and 11). We live near the beach and most weekends you can find me there with friends and family. I enjoy walking the beach all year long, but in the summer I love being in the water, stand-up paddle boarding, and reading in my beach chair.
Fun Fact: What is your dream vacation? I would love to spend an extended amount of time traveling cross country with my husband.
